ROCHESTER, N.Y. – April 19, 2023 – Monro, Inc. (Nasdaq: MNRO) mourns with profound sadness the recent passing of Donald Glickman. Mr. Glickman was a member of Monro’s Board of Directors and served as Chair of the Board’s Finance Committee and member of the Executive Committee.

In addition to his distinguished service on Monro’s Board, Mr. Glickman was a private investor and a founding member of J.F. Lehman & Company, a private equity investment firm that focuses on acquiring middle market companies in the defense and aerospace industries. He was a trustee of Babson Corporate Investors and Babson Participation Investors, and formerly served as Lead Director of MSC Software Corporation. Mr. Glickman received an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
