Shareholders can contact Monro's Directors to provide comments, report concerns, or to ask a question. Communications should include name and address of shareholder and number of shares owned as of the date of the written communication. Complaints relating to accounting, internal accounting controls or auditing matters will be referred to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. Other matters will be handled according to procedures adopted by Monro's Directors.
