  • Robert E. Mellor

    Interim Chief Executive Officer

    Robert E. Mellor was named interim Chief Executive Officer of Monro in August 2020. In his role as interim Chief Executive Officer of Monro, Mr. Mellor will serve as Executive Chair of the board. He was appointed Non-Executive Chairman of the Monro Board of Directors in 2017 and has served as a member of the Board since 2010. From March 1997 until January 2010, Mr. Mellor was Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Building Materials Holding Corporation, a leading provider of building materials and construction services to professional home builders and contractors, and where he had served as a member of BMHC’s Board of Directors. He was previously of counsel with the law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, from 1990 through February 1997. He currently serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Coeur Mining, Inc. and previously served as Director of The Ryland Group, Inc. and Stock Building Supply Holdings, Inc.

    Brian J. D’Ambrosia

    Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

    Brian J. D’Ambrosia was promoted to Executive Vice President in August 2018. In January 2017, Mr. D’Ambrosia was promoted to Senior Vice President – Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer and was appointed Assistant Secretary in May 2017. Mr. D’Ambrosia was Vice President – Finance from May 2016 to December 2016. From January 2013 to May 2016, he was Vice President – Controller and was named Chief Accounting Officer in December 2015. From August 2010 to January 2013, Mr. D’Ambrosia, a certified public accountant, was Regional Controller – Americas Process Solutions Group at Robbins & Myers, Inc., a publicly held manufacturer of engineered equipment and systems in the global energy and industrial markets. From August 2005 to July 2010, he held various accounting and finance positions with Birds Eye Foods, Inc., including Controller – Accounting, Reporting and Planning and Controller – Operations Accounting. From September 2003 to August 2005, Mr. D’Ambrosia was Chief Financial Officer at Rochester Sports Group, a company in the sports entertainment industry. Previously, he was an Audit Manager with Deloitte & Touche, LLP, in Rochester, New York, from 1997 to 2003.

    Senior Vice President - Chief Operating Officer

    Rob Rajkowski was named Chief Operating Officer in September 2019. He joined Monro from AAMCO Transmissions and Total Care, where he was Chief Operating Officer from February 2014. Previously, Mr. Rajkowski was Chief Marketing/Operating Officer at Heartland Automotive Services, the largest franchise operator of Jiffy Lube locations in North America, from July 2010 to January 2014, after serving as Chief Marketing Officer from November 2009 to July 2010. He began his career in the automotive industry in January 2005 with Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where he held positions as General Manager of Goodyear Retail Stores, Director of Marketing and Merchandising, and Director of Trade Marketing, from January 2005 to November 2009. Previously, he spent 15 years in food and packaged goods with Mars, Inc., including as National Sales Manager, M&M Mars.

    Senior Vice President - Chief Human Resources Officer

    In August 2019, Donna Maxwell was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer. Donna comes to Monro from O-AT-KA Milk Products Cooperative in Batavia, New York, where she was Vice President of Human Resources for the past four years. Prior to her tenure at O-AT-KA, she held HR leadership positions with PETCO Animal Supplies, Element K e-learning (now Skillsoft), and Calero Software (formerly, Veramark Technologies).

    Maureen E. Mulholland

    Senior Vice President - General Counsel and Secretary

    Maureen E. Mulholland has been Senior Vice President – General Counsel and Secretary since August 2017. Ms. Mulholland joined the company as General Counsel in October 2003 and was appointed Vice President in May 2012. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Mulholland worked as an associate attorney at the Rochester, NY-based law firms of Underberg & Kessler LLP and Harris Beach, PLLC.

    Dan Tripoli

    Senior Vice President – Retail Operations

    Dan Tripoli was promoted to Senior Vice President – Retail Operations in August 2020, after serving as Regional Vice President since April 2019. Mr. Tripoli joined Monro for the first time in 2001. He was a District Manager for nine years before leaving to open his own auto service and tire stores. He rejoined Monro in December 2017 as a Zone Manager. Mr. Tripoli started his career in the automotive service industry in 1998, working for Penske Corporation as a store manager and later a district manager.

    Cindy Donovan

    Vice President - Information Technology

    Cindy Donovan was promoted to Vice President of Information Technology in December 2019, after joining Monro in September 2019 as Director of the Project Management Office and Data Architecture. Cindy was Vice President and Chief Information Officer at IEC Electronics, December 2016 to August 2019. Previously, she served as Senior IT Manager, Data Services for Paychex, December 2014 to December 2016. Earlier in her career, Cindy held various leadership positions at Carestream Health, including IT Director for IT Strategic Planning, PMO, and Governance, from 2007 to 2014, and IT management, compliance, and ERP application development positions at Kodak, from 1990 to 2006.

    Nick Hawryschuk

    Vice President of Finance

    Nick Hawryschuk was named Vice President of Finance in August 2020. He joined Monro from Xylem Inc., a global manufacturer of water technology, where he was Senior Director, Global Business Service Finance, from 2017, and Controller, Global Finance Shared Services, from 2016. While there, he spearheaded a global finance transformation. Prior to his tenure at Xylem, Mr. Hawryschuk held various executive leadership roles in Finance and Compliance at Carestream Health, Inc., including Director of Strategy, Business Unit CFO, and Acting Chief Compliance Officer.

    Jack Heisman

    Vice President - Business Development and Real Estate

    Jack Heisman was appointed Vice President of Business Development and Real Estate in September 2018, with responsibility for leading greenfield projects and acquisition strategy. Mr. Heisman joined Monro as corporate counsel in June 2016. Prior to that, he was an associate with the law firms Underberg & Kessler LLP, May 2013 to June 2016, and White & Case, September 2009 to May 2013.

    Vice President - Risk & Safety Management

    In June of 2019, Karla Hock was appointed to serve as Vice President- Risk & Safety Management. Ms. Hock joined the company after more than 18 years of experience in the Risk and Safety field. Previously, Ms. Hock served as Vice President of Risk Management at del Lago Resort & Casino and Peninsula Pacific Entertainment, LLC. During her time there, Ms. Hock was responsible for all aspects of safety and risk programs for multiple gaming and casino facilities in New York and Virginia. Prior to that, she spent 9 years as an Area Loss Manager and Safety Manager with Lowe’s Home Improvement and 5 years as an Executive Team Leader – Asset Protection with Target Corporation in Pennsylvania and New York.
