IT Project Manager, Store Support Center

I recently joined the Monro Store Support Center and I’m proud to be given the ownership of my projects and the urgency to succeed. At Monro, I am constantly gaining a broad spectrum of new skills.

Recently we developed and implemented business intelligence reports for our store operations group. The goal was to provide insight into the KPIs driving our business sales and ultimately to improve store operations. It has been extremely rewarding to see the project come to life. I was also lucky enough to work collaboratively with our CEO and the Senior Leadership Team to incorporate their vision into this project. Together, we are continuously focused on creating an exceptional experience for our guests.
