Monro University is a Learning Management System (LMS) currently in development and scheduled to
launch in Fall 2018.

This new training platform is designed to achieve a central Monro, Inc. goal—attracting and developing
the best talent in our industry. At the same time, this critical commitment to workforce development
will improve teammate retention and promote increased engagement.

Monro University includes career path training for all store teammates. These career paths will be
supported by industry-leading curriculum, delivered remotely to any device through the cloud-based
LMS managed by our Training Department.

The training modules will promote consistent in-store practices and quality service. Some 40 courses
totaling more than 35 hours of training will help improve productivity, reduce potential for substandard
work, and provide an overall superior guest experience.
